General Shipping Policy of La Carambole Patisserie

Article 1 — Definitions

Shipping policies apply for shipping of physical products purchased from Carambole's online shop.

Domestic delivery methods and rates are applied for the shipments with shipping addresses within the Netherlands. International delivery methods and rates are applied for all the shipments with shipping addresses outside the Netherlands.
Article 2 — Area of Shipping

It is currently possible to have the products shipped to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.
Article 3 — Shipping Rates

Domestic delivery methods include shipping with a logistics provider and a pickup.

€2.90 for shipments under 1kg

€5.90 for shipments over 1kg

Domestic delivery methods include an option of pick up from De Ware Jacob Hotel in Amsterdam. Pickup at De Ware Jacob Hotel is free of charge.

The purchase can be picked up after the customer receives the notification that the order is ready for pickup. At the reception of the hotel, ask for the package from Carambole.

International shipping rates vary based on the destination country.

Article 4 — Shipping Times

Items in stock are typically shipped in 3-5 business days after the order has been placed. Items purchased as pre-order are shipped within the time frames indicated in the product description.
Article 5 — The Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing products from Carambole's online shop, the consumer has the option to dissolve the agreement. This option is applicable only before the purchase has been shipped.

If the consumer has not notified the entrepreneur that they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal or has not notified before the purchase has been shipped, the purchase is final. It won't be eligible for a return or refund.
Article 6 — Lost or Damaged Shipment

The entrepreneur will take all the necessary precautions to pack and prepare your purchase for shipping in order to prevent any damages.

The entrepreneur cannot be held responsible or financially liable for any damages that may occur during the shipping and transportation process.

If the shipment is lost due to the fault of the logistics provider or the entrepreneur, the consumer will be entitled to a full refund.
Article 7 — Refunds

Purchases for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised before the moment of shipping are entitled to a full refund.

If the consumer has not notified the entrepreneur that they wish to exercise their right of withdrawal or has not notified the entrepreneur about it before the purchase has been shipped, the purchase is deemed final and the refund is not possible.

If the shipment was lost due to the fault of the logistics provider or the entrepreneur, the consumer is entitled to a full refund.
Article 8 — Returns

Regrettably, returns are not accepted. In case there is a complaint about the quality of the shipment, please submit it in accordance with the guidelines in the Article 9 "Complaints".
Article 9 — Complaints

Complaints regarding the shipment should be communicated to the entrepreneur within 2 days from the date of receiving the products.

The entrepreneur commits to responding to such complaints within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt.
