Team events
Carambole provides fun and engaging team events for groups up to 100 people. I know how challenging it can be to really bring a team together, and chocolate is a great helper here. If most of your team likes chocolate but never tasted anything outside of mass market products - this will be the event for you. I guarantee you a great time, fun and a discovery of the craft cacao universe. I tailor every such event to the group (duration, more practice vs. more tasting, food limitations, pairing with wines/beers/tea). The events can take place at your location or we can pick a location together.

Meet the maker & Carambole tasting
The session has been tailored specifically for people who want to know more about bean to bar chocolate and see how bonbons get created. Go on an adventure starting with a cacao bean in the jungle and ending with a piece of art on your plate. We will talk about history of cocoa, about nature and farmers. We will taste copious amounts of different craft chocolate and couvertures, to introduce you to the colorful pallete of flavours and we will see how important the choice of couverture is for every particular bonbon. I will demonstrate you the making process and fill you in to the secrets of the craft. Of course we will be tasting different Caramboles! Bottomless espresso, tea, water and chocolate!

Hands-on workshop
This session has been tailored specifically to people who have never worked with chocolate professionally. We are going to explore the world of bean to bar chocolate by tasting and comparing copious amounts of different chocolates, so that you can see how important the choice of couverture is for every particular bonbon. I will demonstrate the bar and bonbon making process and fill you in to the secrets of the craft. Then we are going to be making different kinds of chocolate bars and get into the basics of creating bonbons - the shell, filling and sealing. By the end of the session you will have learned how to work with chocolate and will be able to temper it yourself. We will try to colour some bonbons, make fillings and close them. Furthermore, you will be able to impress your beloved ones with delicious, self-made chocolate products. Bottomless espresso, tea, water and chocolate!
