In 3 hours, Rita will take you by the hand and teach you step-by-step how chocolate bonbons are made. By the end of the workshop you will have created your own, with unique designs and flavours to inspire your family and friends. 💚🪄
It's a perfect team building activity—I know you are begging for a change from those bowling evenings and beer tastings 🍺🎳🤪
Here is a sneak-peek of the process. Don't worry, Rita's got your back every step of the way!
1️⃣ The moulds are polished to a creak. Choose your colours and designs. To paint bonbons you have to works "in reverse”, so the chocolatier paints not a ready-made bonbon, but an empty mould first.
2️⃣ Once designs are ready you have to temper the chocolate - giving it a silky, glossy texture, and pour it into a painted mould. Like that the bonbon gets a body - a shell.
3️⃣ Fillings are ready to be poured in layers—you are the boss here, you choose in which order! Now bonbons can be sealed to make a bottom.
4️⃣ And finally, beautiful bonbons are knocked out of the mould and get packed in a box. Time to give them a taste or take them home!
Yes—it's a brilliant idea for a team event! Chocolate workshops sharpen senses, spark conversations, and feel indulgent yet inclusive. Plus, almost everyone loves chocolate - it will be easy to get a buy-in from the team members😉 A chocolate making workshop also adds collaboration, play, and a takeaway everyone’s proud of.
